Receive Proforma Invoice Within 24 Hours

Al Waleed confirms availability, T3 rating on compressors, and current pricing — then issues a proforma invoice by email within 24 hours. The proforma shows itemised USD pricing, sea freight estimate to Tema Port, and total FOB value. T3 confirmation appears on the proforma for every compressor line item as standard.

Transfer Payment in USD

Payment by T/T bank wire in USD to Al Waleed’s UAE bank account. Full payment before dispatch is standard for new customers. For established regular Ghana customers, Al Waleed can discuss flexible payment arrangements based on trading history. Send the bank transfer receipt via WhatsApp or email to initiate packing.

Packed and Dispatched in 2–3 Days

After payment confirmation Al Waleed packs and prepares the shipment within 2–3 working days. Sea freight is booked on the next available Jebel Ali to Tema Port sailing. Refrigerant gas is declared as IMDG dangerous goods — handled correctly by Al Waleed at no extra charge. Air freight to Kotoka Airport is booked same-day for urgent orders received before 2PM Dubai time.

Export Documents Sent After Sailing

After the vessel sails from Jebel Ali, Al Waleed emails the complete documentation set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Dubai Chamber stamped), bill of lading, and IMDG dangerous goods declaration for refrigerant shipments. Original documents can be couriered to Ghana if required by your customs agent.

Customs Clearance at Tema Port

Your licensed Ghanaian customs agent handles clearance at Tema Port using Al Waleed’s documentation. Clearance typically takes 3–7 working days after vessel arrival. Al Waleed is available to provide supplementary documentation or correspondence to support your agent if any customs query arises on the shipment.

Commercial Invoice

Itemised in USD with product description, brand, model number, quantity, unit price, and total value. T3 confirmation included for all compressor line items. Correct HS tariff code references for Ghanaian customs clearance.

Packing List

Itemised with carton count, dimensions, gross weight, and net weight per line item. Matches the commercial invoice exactly — required for Tema Port customs physical examination.

Certificate of Origin

Dubai Chamber of Commerce stamped confirming UAE as country of export. Required for Ghana customs duty calculation and applicable trade duty preferences.

Bill of Lading / Air Waybill

Title document for the cargo — your Ghanaian customs agent requires the original or telex-released bill of lading to take delivery at Tema Port. Air waybill for air freight shipments.

IMDG Dangerous Goods Declaration

For all refrigerant gas shipments — UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class, packing group, and quantity per grade. Prepared correctly by Al Waleed as standard. Incorrect DG documentation is the most common cause of refrigerant delays at Tema Port.

Product Data Sheets (on request)

For hotel, hospital, and project clients requiring brand documentation for material submittals — refrigerant brand data sheets, compressor T3 confirmation letters, and copper specification certificates available on request.
